SERENITY TEDESCO

Meet Serenity.
Serenity Tedesco is a published writer, activist, transformational life coach, and scholar-practitioner of the Yoga traditions. She was introduced to Yoga as a child in South Korea and has since lived in India, immersing herself in Eastern spirituality and culture. Her father, a Buddhist studies scholar who specialized in death and dying, instilled in her an understanding of the impermanence of life, while her grandfather, a hypnotherapist, energy healer, Chinese medicine doctor, composer, and philosopher, sparked her interest in the interconnectedness of mind, body, and spirit.
"My being is a result of the teachings gifted to me, now I pass on the wisdom." - Serenity
She has a masters degree in Yoga Studies from Loyola Marymount University, two years of training with Satvatove Institute of Transformational Coaching, and additional certificates in Mystical and Healing Arts and Plant Medicine Guardianship under Dr. Kate Siner.
Serenity is inspired by the Bodhisattva ideal of seeking enlightenment for the benefit of all beings, and she channels this inspiration into her work with individuals and communities, aiming to empower others to live more fully and compassionately.
